Please read these terms before booking. They are here to keep expectations clear on both sides.
Nature of the service
Readings, coaching and healing sessions are offered for guidance, reflection and personal insight. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and no outcome is guaranteed.
You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions following a session.
Eligibility
Sessions are available to clients aged 18 and over.
Booking and payment
A slot is confirmed once payment is received. Session fees are listed on the services page and may be revised from time to time; the price shown at the time of booking applies to your session.
Conduct during sessions
Sessions are a respectful space. Abusive behaviour, or recording a session without consent, will end the session without refund.
Rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. If Gauravi needs to reschedule, you will be offered the earliest alternative slot or a full refund.
