When you send a booking request we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, your chosen session, your preferred date and time, and anything you choose to write in the message field.
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect only your email address.
How it is used
Your details are used to arrange, confirm and conduct your session, and to reply to your enquiry. Newsletter emails are used only to send occasional insights and offers.
We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Session confidentiality
Everything discussed during a session is confidential. Sessions are not recorded unless you specifically request a recording, in which case the recording is shared with you and not stored longer than necessary.
Third-party services
Booking requests are sent through WhatsApp, and sessions are held on Zoom or Google Meet. These services handle your data under their own privacy policies.
Your choices
