Refund Policy

Rescheduling

You may reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice before your session, subject to availability.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session are refunded in full.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are not refunded, as the slot has been reserved for you and cannot be reallocated.

Missed sessions

If you do not join within 15 minutes of the start time and have not been in touch, the session is treated as completed and is not refundable.

If Gauravi is unable to attend for any reason, you will be offered a new slot or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Completed sessions

Because guidance is delivered live and cannot be returned, completed sessions are not refundable. If something about your session did not feel right, please tell us — we would rather make it right than leave it unresolved.

Processing
